Novel human nuclear hormone receptor polynucleotides and polypeptides, and related compositions and methods are disclosed. The polypeptides and polynucleotides have nuclear hormone receptor characteristics and homology to other mammalian nuclear hormone receptors. The receptor polypeptides may be used within methods to detect the natural human ligand and ligand analogs. The receptor polypeptides can also be used within methods to influence biological functions and maintenance of homeostasis. |
