摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make all of a front and a rear wheels and driving wheels contact with a traveling surface, and while to maintain the load to the driving wheels constant by raising or lowering at least one of front and rear wheels with a wheel elevating mechanism in the case of moving a vehicle from a horizontal surface to an inclined surface or in the opposite case thereof. SOLUTION: The analog electric signal output from a height sensor 20 is converted to the digital signal by a converter, and input to a central control unit. The central control unit commands the quantity of displacement corresponding to the input signal to an actuator controller so as to rotates an actuator 16 at the predetermined quantity on the displaced variable. With this structure, a front wheel 1 is elevated. A wheel holder 11 of a carrying vehicle V1 can be turned in a range from a vertical condition to the forward maximum angleθ1, and at the time of traveling on a horizontal surface, the wheel holder 11 is turned forward by a neutral angleθ2 from the vertical condition. In this condition, all of the front and rear wheels 1, 2 and the driving wheels 4 contact with the traveling surface.</p>
