PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a fault molding and to mold foam having different hardness by injecting mixture liquid by a robot to uniformly injecting the liquid, and molding the foam having the different hardness. SOLUTION: An injection surface 261 for injecting urethane foam stock liquid at a cavity surface of a lower mold 26 is set substantially horizontally so that the injected liquid does not flow. Thus, indefinite conditions due to flow of the liquid are eliminated. And, injection of the liquid by a robot is performed. The liquid is uniformly injected. Thus, a fault of an urethane foam molding is eliminated, and molding of a foam having a different hardness can be performed. |
