PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition by including each specific organopolysiloxane and silane, and others so as to afford satisfactory adhesiveness even to hard-bond adherends and give cured products excellent in heat- resistant and water immersion-resistant adhesion. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane of formula I [R<1> and R<2> are each a (substituted) monovalent hydrocarbon; R<3> is methyl, ethyl, propyl, putyl, or vinyl, (m) is positive integer; (d) is 0-10; (n) is 0 or 1], (B) a silane of formula II [R<4> is the same as R<3> ; R<5> is a (substituted) hydrocarbon; (a) is 0 or 1], (C) calcium carbonate surface-treated with a carboxylic acid >=100 deg.C in melting point, and (D) a condensation catalyst. It is preferable that, for the component C, an average particle size is 0.01-0.2μm and the amount of the carboxylic acid used for the surface treatment is 1-2.5wt.% based on the calcium carbonate.
