PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and promptly find the abnormality of an equipment by drive-controlling plural electronic control units provided with plural relays for controlling the equipments loaded on an automobile and detecting the abnormality of the equipment. SOLUTION: A personal computer 40 instructs power supply from a service tool 30 to the respective electronic control units 20 corresponding to a program stored in a ROM or the like, instructs the ON/OFF of the plural relays inside the respective electronic control units 20 and specifies an abnormal equipment based on the combination of the plural relays to be ON/OFF. Then, at the time of detecting the abnormality of the specified equipment, the power supply from the service tool 30 is stopped. Thus, the abnormality of the equipment loaded on the automobile is easily and promptly found and the damage of the equipment by an overcurrent is prevented. |
