PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain rise in temp. of element of a heating part to thereby enable rice cooking without using a fan by making control means prohibit start or continuation of cooking operation according to the estimated output value of temp. detecting means at the time of cooking operation. SOLUTION: Heating of a switching element and a current rectifying element of an inverter 14 is stored in a heat accumulation part 15, the heat is speedily diffused by use of aluminium made fin from the package of element and is stored in a heat accumulation material of resin having a high heat capacity which surrounds the fin contactwise. A temp. sensor 17 detects the temp. of heat accumulation material, and the highest temp. of element reaching at the time of next cooking from the condition of estimated temp. after the completion of cooking is estimated. According to the temp. information after the completion of cooking, until the temp. reaching during the next cooking operation is estimated to be the rating level of element or below, a cooking start key is hard to be recepted. Accordingly, by the provision of heat accumulation means an induction heating rice cooker can be implemented without the cooling configuration with a fan, and cooking can be made without exceeding the rated temp. of parts at all times. |
