The fixture parts are held and guided in a C-shaped accommodation groove. The device has a clamp part (4) and an adjustment screw connecting it with a longitudinally adjustable fixture part. The adjustment path between the clamp part and the fixture part is limited by a projection (15) on the clamp part or fixture part engaging in a longitudinal slot (16) of the clamp part or fixture part respectively. Both are joined to one another only by the adjustment screw (13) and the adjustment path limitation. The clamp part and the fixture part are located in front of one another in the direction of the fixture accommodation groove and the clamp part or the fixture part grips with a foot extension (14) under the end of the fixture part/clamp part and here the adjustment path limitation is arranged.
