PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply attach an adhesive paper on an electronic equipment transmitting electromagnetic waves hazardous for an adhesive paper preventing the hazardous electromagnetic waves by forming ceramics into fine powder, mixing the fine powder into printing ink and using the ink for printing on the adhesive paper adhered on a release paper. SOLUTION: Ceramics are formed into powder of approximately 20μor less and mixed into ink, and then printing is carried out on a mounting paper 2 adhered on a release paper 10 through an adhesive layer 4 to form a ceramic layer 6. Fine ceramic powder of 10-40% is mixed into the ink. The ceramic layer 6 is coated with a laminate layer 8 to manufacture an adhesive paper for preventing hazardous electromagnetic waves. The adhesive paper is fixed on the outer layer surface of an electronic equipment.
