A doll is provided with an inner reservoir 6 housed in a leg 7 of the doll which can be filled with liquid by means of a toy feeding bottle B and its contents spilled by pressure on said leg 6 via an orifice 9 provided in the genital area 10 of the doll, all the aforesaid in conjunction with an electronic control circuit 12 in the form of an electronic switch which supplies current to a sound-generating device 13 when a gravity switch 11 provided on a leg of the doll is closed and which cuts the supply of current with a delay R1C1 when said gravity switch is open.
