SUBSTANCE: production procedure involves mounting front end of ribbon in twisting case 2, rotation of twisting case 2 together with spindle 1 in order to twist magnetic circuit till required size. Case 2 also has inner coil welding unit which is located on opposite side of pusher 19 with respect to twisting unit 3. also, case 2 has cut 12 on inner coil welding unit 4. In addition device has ribbon insertion mechanism 6, external coil welding mechanism 9, holder drive 15, holder 14, which carries electrodes 17 and is mounted at angle with respect to rotation axis of inner coil twisting case 2. holder drive 15 provides movement of its working body within cur 12 of case 2. Electrodes 17 end on face surface 18 of holder 14. surface 18 presses insertion end of ribbon towards magnetic circuit 5 and is welded by electrodes 17. In addition device has pusher 19, which pushes produced magnetic circuit from twisting case 2. EFFECT: increased quality of inner coil welding without drop of twisting density, increased reliability for automatic processing mode. 4 dwg
