PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elevate a blade straight by using a mechanism with the simple structure having high reliability in a chopper folding device. SOLUTION: A sun gear 12 is arranged at the center of rotation 10a of a first link arm 10, and an epicyclic gear 13 integrated with a second link arm 11 engaged with the sun gear 12 and to be rotated around the periphery of the sun gear 12 is arranged at the center of rotation 11a of the second link arm 11. A blade is suspended at the other end 11b of the second link arm 11. A rotating direction of the sun gear 12 and a revolving direction of the epicyclic gear 13 are set in the same direction, and in case of setting a ratio of a diameter of the sun gear 12 to that of the epicyclic gear 13 at n:1, a ratio of a rotating angular velocity of the sun gear 12 to that of the revolving angular velocity of the epicyclic gear 13 is set at (n+2)/n:1.
