A terminal of a sealed battery is provided to easily form a welded part by irradiating high energy beam to a contact part of a valve body and a terminal plate and to improve production efficiency and product quality by using high energy beam lower than conventional beam. A terminal(18) of a sealed battery comprises a conductive terminal cap(19); a valve body(25) consisting of flexible conductive materials with flexibility which are electrically connected to the conductive terminal cap; and a conductive terminal plate(20) contacting the valve body. At least one of the valve body and the terminal plate is formed with an opening(23c) and another is arranged in order to close the opening.
