The rest has top (17) and bottom (18) extensions situated inside a support recess (7). Their sides (8) rest against the user`s body and extend vertically as far as at least 5, 10 or 15 centimetres below the supports lowest point. The support recess is extended forwards so that there is also room for the user`s hand. The angle (3) between the top outer side (11) of the top extension and the top of the side surface at the top end (9) is less than 35 and especially less than 25, centimetres, the bottom outer side (5) between the bottom end (12) and the holder lug (6) protruding outside the recess is concavely curved in the recess`s longitudinal direction.
