PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate stop control by driving a means to be driven without supplying excess energy to the means to be driven. SOLUTION: In the midst of driving the means to be drive 2 toward a target position stored in a storage means 8 by a motor means 1, a control means 9 controls to decrease the moving speed of the means 2 when the current position of the means 2 detected by a position detection means 4 approaches to the target position. Namely, the control means 9 operates an energizing means 5 and an energizing stop means 6 alternately so as to drive the means 2 at low speed. Since the energizing means 5 is set to energize the motor means 1 by a shorter time than the time taken until an output pulse from a pulse generation means (encoder) 3 is outputted first when the motor means 1 starts driving, the excess energy is not supplied to the driving system. When the means 2 reaches the target position, the control means 9 operates a forcible energizing stop means 7 immediately, so that the movement of the means 2 is stopped. |
