FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: spin-stabilized rocket has a sustained stage, engine with a spinning device engageable with the launching pack placed in the launching pack; the spinning device is made as a bush installed on the nozzle assembly and having an annular groove at its rear end face and cutters engaged with the soft sublayer of the pack surface. The pack is furnished with a rocket holding mechanism consisting of a frame with an external annular groove and bevelled slot on the side of the spinning device, split spring ring with an internal annular groove and radial slots at the side of the spinning device, split spring ring with an internal annular groove and radial slots at the joint, and a butterfly valve in the form of a plate with pivots in the eyes at the end face. The spring ring is installed in the grooves of the bush and frame, the butterfly valve plate enters the frame slot, and the eye enters the split ring slots perpendicularly to the axis of the rocket. The rocket holding mechanism is fastened to the pack through its rear cover by a ring nut. A flat spring its resting on the engine end face is installed between the spinning device and rocket holding mechanism, and a flat spring, whose free end is engageable with the pack cover, is secured on the butterfly valve plate.
