The system comprises bars (33) having neck halves (1,3) with axial bores. A special glue is delivered between the bores in the halves and the bared ends (39) of the bars, while each half contains a vent hole (27) from the bore, and is compressed in the radial direction after fitting. The male portion on one half engages in the female one in the other, in which it is inserted in the sideways direction. The male portion has an additional locking member (13), engaging in a mating recess (21) in the female half.
