PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a refrigeration cycle with accuracy swiftly after the repair of a refrigerator is over so as to confirm whether or not the refrigeration cycle is working normally or the repair is successful by employing the temperature of a cooler having substantially no time lag after the refrigerator has been repaired. SOLUTION: This diagnostic system comprises a cooler temperature detection means 8 which detects the temperature of a cooler 6 having substantially no time lag, a cooler temperature change determination means 18 which determines temperature changes of the cooler 6 after a refrigerator is switched on, a trouble display means 17 which displays a trouble in the case when a refrigeration cycle is detected as abnormal and a trouble display control means 20 which controls the trouble. In the case when the drop allowance of the temperature of the cooler 6 within a specified time after the refrigerator is switched on, is below a specified value, this diagnostic system determines the refrigeration cycle as abnormal and displays the trouble, thereby diagnoses swiftly and accurately whether or not the refrigeration cycle is working in the normal mode. |
