<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out printing on an outer face keeping rust prevention and damp proofing by a method wherein a non-coated face of liner paper in which rust preventive coating is coated on one side face is stuck to one side face of corrugated corrugating medium, and a non-coated face of the liner papet is respectively stuck to the other side face of the corrugating medium. SOLUTION: A non-coated face of liner paper 3 in which rust preventive coating 2 is coated on one side face is stuck with an adhesive to one side face of the waved corrugating medium 1, and a non-coated face of liner paper 6 in which rust preventive coating 5 is coated on one side face is stuck respectively to the other side face of the corrugating medium 1 with the adhesive 4 to be integrated. A coated amount of the rust preventive coating 2 is about 2-40g/m<2> , and it is dried at 110-140 deg.C. A coated amount of the rust preventive coating 5 is about 5-30g/m<2> , and it is dried at 110-150 deg.C. Further, rust is prevented from being accelerated by limiting a concentration of chlorine ion contained in the liner paper 3 to 10-100PPM, and a concentration of sulfuric ion to 100-500PPM. As the adhesive 4, starch series, a synthetic resin emulsion, etc., are used.</p> |
