PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and paints for a road sign which has no problem in respect of durability by using fusion applying type paints for a road sign which requires short time for solidification after application. SOLUTION: A paint for a road sign which contains a thermoplastic binder, a plasticizer, a body material and glass beads as essential gradients, and has a viscosity of 100-1000mPa.s at the temperature during application is applied in such a manner that the film thickness ranges from 0.4-0.9mm. As a paint for a road sign, used is a paint for a road sign which contains 18-25 wt parts thermoplastic binder, 1.5-2.5 wt parts of plasticizer, 54.5-65.5 wt parts body material and 15-18 wt parts glass beads as essential gradients and has a viscosity of 100-1000mPa.s at the temperature during application. The paint for a road sign is heated at 180-220 deg.C to be molten in a hopper 1 of a construction device moved in the direction of an arrow 10, and sprayed to the road surface 6 from a gap between a stator 4 and a rotor 3 by the rotor 3 rotated at 3000-5000 revolutions per minute to form a road sign line 7. |
