Next the data base 17 requests the handling of sales to a receiving and ordering server 27 contracting and registering in advance. After a maker managing server 26 to be accessed receives the order from the server 27, the delivery of merchandise to a designated place is instructed to a material distribution managing server 29. When merchandise is delivered by a delivery schedule prepared by the server 29 and information of the finish of delivery is sent to the server 27, the server 27 accesses to the charge managing server 49 of a financial company contract and registering in advance to charge the communication terminal.
