The pivot bearing (7) for the cable drum (1) forms, at the same time, a pivot bearing for the wheels which are positioned on the cable drum. The torque for the lift and travelling mechanism is supported on an elongated rail (6), or on an elongated separate guide element (8). A roller bearing is positioned on a cable drum journal (1a,1b). The inner ring of the roller bearing is joined to the cable drum's end flange (1c,1d), and its outer ring is joined to the runner-wheel, or vice versa. The outer ring is attached to a wheel rim (5a).
