PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit designed to prevent moving frames from shaking through easily accomplishing the speed increase/reduction of a pulse motor by microstep driving system using e.g. a general-purpose microprocessor. SOLUTION: This control unit is so designed that, based on speed increase/ reduction pattern, a phase-advancing value (m) determining how the phase of a drive current waveform is to be advanced every reference time is variably calculated; instantaneous value data D1 are read out from an instantaneous value data table T while the address of the instantaneous value data table T is advanced every phase-advancing value (m); and a drive pulse signal is produced based on the instantaneous value data D1, and then outputted to the coil of the pulse motor; thereby, the rotative speed of the pulse motor is smoothly changed by changing the phase-advancing value (m) based on the speed increase/reduction pattern, enabling the shaking of moving frames to be reduced. |
