PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm safety in the case of resupplying a power source by discriminating an appliance with heating among after-mentioned appliances from outside of a house even when the resident of the house is not home when various electrical appliance are used by combining at average home. SOLUTION: At the time of resupplying a power source while the resident is not home at average home where the supply of main power to be supplied for the compositely combined various electrical appliances 11 to 1n, a lower voltage of higher frequency than the main power is supplied to the electrical appliances 11 to in from outside to discriminate the presence/absence of an electrical appliance consisting of a simple resistor among the electrical appliances 11 to 1n installed in the house from the current value flowing the electrical appliances 11 to 1n.
