PURPOSE:To prevent separation between a base material and a ceramic film so as to enable higher critical temperature and stable superconductivity to be obtained by placing a barrier layer to prevent the separation between the both between the base material and the specific ceramic superconductor. CONSTITUTION:A barrier layer 3 to prevent separation between the both is placed between a base material I and a ceramics superconductor 2 shown by the formula I. In the formula I, A is at least one kind of element chosen from group Ia elements, group IIa elements and group IIIa element of the periodic table, and B is at least one kind of element chosen from group Ib elements, group IIb elements, and group IIIb elements of the periodic table, and C is at least one kind of element chosen from oxygen, nitrogen, fluorine, carbon and sulfur. And, it is preferable that the barrier layer 3 be constituted of at least one layer among TiN, TiC, Al2O3, Si3N4, SiC and the ceramic superconductor 2 be constituted of a flame coating film. Hereby, the separation between the base material and the ceramic superconductor can be prevented and a high critical temperature and stable superconductivity can be obtained. |
