FLYBACK TRANSFORMER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flyback transformer which can be produced at a low cost without large space for installation by blocking an opening of a main body case with an intermediate cover that is durable for stress caused by cured insulating agent. SOLUTION: A main body case 8 is provided with an opening part on its focus pack 14 side, and the opening part is engaged with a plastic intermediate cover 19 to be blocked. The cover 19 is designed to have such thickness and shape that it is durable for stress generating during curing of an insulating agent 15. Thus, the opening side of the case 8 is blocked with the cover 19 that is durable for stress caused by cured insulating agent 15. Therefore, since the stress is received by the cover 19, the influence of stress on the focus pack case can be eliminated.
