FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of fuel oil-air mixture, charging heating and melting change comprised of scrap, carburizing compound and fluxes, ore and lime boiling, addition of manganese ore and refining. Carburizing compound is used in the form of low-sulfur carbon-containing material. Manganese ore is added in mixture with iron ore and dolomite. Slag after 10-15 min of lime boiling is deoxidized, first, with carbon-containing material and mixed, and then, with mixture of carbon-containing material, ferrosilicon and dolomite in ratio of 1:2:2. Then, metal and slag are mixed and tapped into ladle. used for slag deoxidizing are wastes of ferrosilicon in the form of splashes. During slag deoxidizing with carbon-containing material, ferrosilicon and dolomite, excessive air in fuel oil-air mixture is reduced to minimum. EFFECT: increased use of manganese from charge and ore. |
