The movable window assembly (4) includes a plastic film (42, 43) carried by a carrier member (41) and movable either to a protective position wherein the plastic film (42, 43) covers a window opening (52, 62) in the cover sheets (5, 6), or to an exposing position laterally of the window opening (52, 62) wherein the plastic film (42, 43) exposes the Read section of the circular memory disc (3) to the Read head (97) of the reader (90).
