PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify a document data file to be registered by categories in an easier-to understand state and enable various board retrieval by managing the history of management of the document flow of a processing performed from each client through a data base on a server. SOLUTION: A document flow managing means 15 manages a document flow of registration, authorization, issue, and reception as to all users, i.e., from preparing registering person 11, through authorizing person 12, issuing person 13, to user 14. Similarly, a key word registering and retrieving means 16 also handles the registration and retrieval of a document key word for retrieving a document as to all users, i.e., preparing and registering person 11, authorizing person 12, issuing person 13, and user 14. When a registering, an authorizing, an issuing, and a receiving process for a document are performed, the history of the document flow management of the process performed by each client is managed through the data base on the server. |
