<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize almost uniform temp. raising over the whole periphery of a material to be heated by reciprocatively turn-moving a high-frequency heating coil having turning number of one in a range of a certain turning angle in the periphery of the material to be heated which can not be moved. SOLUTION: The high-frequency induction heating coil 2 of one turn is arranged around the material to be heated 1 which can not be moved, such as a large scale member or a part of structure, etc. This coil 2 has a hinge structure (3) at one point thereon so as to make openable/closable and also has a structure in which cooling water can flow. Further, this coil 2 is reciprocatively turn-moved in a range of a turning angleαby centering the coil center in the coil surface. This turning angleαis larger than the angleβcorresponding to the thickness of an insulating material from the coil center, e.g. an angle of about 5-10 deg. is sufficient. Further, the reciprocative turn- movement is desirably executed at the speed of 1-10 turns/sec frequency. By this method, the heating material 1 can be heated while preventing the development of insufficient induction heating.</p> |
