<p>A computerised device for use as a visiting card, and a communication system using same, are disclosed. Said device is provided with a non-volatile personal data memory (22). The contents of at least one section of the personal data memory (22) may be transferred via a connecting interface (23) to a receiver (33) by controlling a user interface (25). The connection is achieved by means of acoustic, infrared or electrical radiation as a serial link. The related receiver (33) is connected to a personal database management system (7-10), or belongs to another computerised device used as a visiting card, in order to form a communication system. Said device is useful for data communications.</p> |
