FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: offered is an electroinduction apparatus, for instance line AC reactor, whose active part has a winding and a wound toroidal magnetic core with non-magnetic air-gaps between layers of magnetic material. The magnetic core has two holes, whose axes are parallel with the magnetic core axis and arranged on the opposite sides of its midline are shifted along it. Narrow easily saturable sections are formed between the magnetic core external boundary and circle line of one hole, as well as between the internal boundary of the magnetic core and circle line of the other hole. A non-magnetic gasket is additionally installed between the two layers of magnetic material lying side by side in the magnetic core section between the holes.
