<p>The invention relates to a brush holder plate which is provided with pins which comprise a blade terminal (30) with an extension (31) connected thereto. The extension (31) of said pins is inserted into the brush holder plate which is provided on its top surface with sleeves. The extension (31) is passed through the sleeve (15), and a pigtail is inserted from the other side into the sleeve. On one side an electrical connection is established between the pigtail and the pin by pinching the sleeve and on the other side the pin is fixed mechanically to the brush holder plate.</p>
