PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To listen to a desired program while properly inserting CM by generating an AV data stream to be outputted in a reception equipment by the instructions from a receiver. SOLUTION: Several minutes before the time when presentation of program data is predetermined, transmission of CM data is started through channels 1 and 2. After several minutes, main transmission object programs are transmitted. That is, programs A to C stored in first to third program data storage parts 104-1 to 104-3 are reproduced, and reproduced program data are inputted to first to third multiplexing parts 109-1 to 109-3 through first to third selection switches 108-1 to 108-3 . Program data inputted to first to fourth multiplexing parts 109-1 to 109-4 are encoded in first to fourth encodes 110-1 to 110-4 for transmission and are multiplexed in a multiplexing part 111 for transmission and are transmitted from a transmission part 112. Thus, data streams of respective programs are generated and are multiplexed and transmitted. |
