<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent frame step-out when cells are rejected and to minimize the decline of voice quality accompanying cell rejection in the case of transmitting voice frames used in an STM network through an ATM network to the different STM network. SOLUTION: In the CLAD 2 of a transmission system, one voice frame is inserted to one information payload at all times by adding the dummy data of a prescribed bit number to the voice frame and the insertion object position of a frame bit in the respective cells is fixed. In the CLAD 3 of a reception system, the dummy data are separated from the reception cell, the frame bit is forcedly inserted to the fixed frame bit insertion object position and frame synchronization is obtained, based on the frame bit.</p> |
