SUBSTANCE: machine has housing with cylindrical bore, cam piston with central elliptic hole and longitudinal cam groove on cylindrical surface, shaft with two peripheral slide valves mated with cylindrical bore of housing central elliptical shaft mated with hole in housing, and stops with balls mated with longitudinal cam groove of piston.
