<p>The present invention provides a process for making a highly effective granular suds suppressing component comprising the steps of: (a) intimately mixing a liquid or molten suds suppressing component with an emulsifier to form a premix, and (b) granulating the premix with a powder wherein an anionic surfactant is used as the emulsifier.
