PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a business clerk to easily control the progress of deliver b dividing order-receiving data into reserve possible/impossible parts when it is impossible to reserve the whole amount. SOLUTION: This system consists of a controller 10, a order-receiving data file 11, a stock planning file 12 and input display terminals 13 and 14. Concerning the undertaking by a computer, when a stock number is smaller than the delivering number specified by order-receiving data as the result of comparing both and only an undertaking possible amount is reserved, order-receiving data is automatically divided in the reserve possible/impossible parts. Then a shipping instruction is given to order-receiving data of the undertaking possible part but a shipping possible date is displayed for order-receiving data of the undertaking impossible part to be dealt with similarly to ordinarly to ordinary order- receiving data. As an order is automatically divided at the undertaking impossible time when even a small number of stock exists, divided delivery is attained on the computer. Thereby, a part of the products is delivered to a customer as the date of delivery. |
