SOLUTION: When a skipping shift via an intermediate step is performed, in the case of a small engine torque down amount and in the case of a short control time or in the case of a small control delay of a throttle present opening, timers TD52, TD53 are extended, as a result, increase of an engine speed displays a trend temporarily stagnating, but a change gradient of output torque is relaxed, and a shift shock is improved. Reversely, in the case of large engine torque down amount, the timers TD52, TD53 are shortened, as a result, stagnation of increase of the engine relation speed is eliminated, and a shift delay, so-called slow feeling can be prevented.
