PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high alumina slip casting material having excellent corrosion resistance against a scale and slag component and sufficiently long in life time compared to the conventional slip casting material. SOLUTION: In the almina slip casting material consisting of 55-90wt.% Al2 O3 component and <=40wt.% SiO2 , 0.1-5wt.% zircon surface powder, 0.5-5wt.% silica superfine powder and 2-7wt.% alumina cement are incorporated. |
