PUNCHING DEVICE FOR PLURALITY OF SHEET MATERIALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove punching chip by forming a punch tip into a V shape and mounting an elastic body having higher elasticity on the V-shaped tip of the punch. SOLUTION: A tip blade part is formed into a V-shaped recess 1f. A hole ofϕ3mm is formed in the center of the tip V-shaped recess part and set as an elastic body mounting hole 1c. Urethane rubber is filled in this hole and fixed together with adhesive. A notch 6a and slits 6b are provided in a cam holder 6 and a presser plate 7 is so formed as forming dowels 7a matched with the slits 6b of the cam holder 6. After punching, compressed punching chip is discharged downward by elasticity of the urethane rubber filled in the V-shaped part in the tip of the punch 1. The punching chip is thus automatically removed.
