PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove rust and polish primer material on a steel trough, a lounge plate, a bubble plate or the like automatically, smoothly, precisely and efficiently. SOLUTION: A polishing machine is composed of a casing 5, which can be set astraddle of the tip surface 6A of a trough or the like with a to-be polished material 6 erected, a plurality of straddled rollers 7, which are provided inside the casing 5 in a rotatable manner around horizontal shafts 17, a plurality of sandwiching rollers 8 sandwiching the to-be polished material 6 from both sides, an air grinder 9 for polishing the tip surface 6A of the to-be polished material 6, a flap wheel 10 for polishing the tip side surface 6B of the to-be polished material 6, and a machine body proceeding drive means and a machine body proceeding automatically stopping means 12. |
