PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of image in a positron image device having two radiation cameras opposed to each other. SOLUTION: Two radiation cameras 10 are mounted on a rotating frame 21 by an arm 22 so as to be mutually opposed, and collimators 11 are mounted on detecting surfaces which are the opposed surface sides of the two radiation cameras 10, respectively. The collimators 11 are formed of a number of X- directionally extending radiation absorbing plates arranged at intervals in Z- direction.
