PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the incoming call completion rate for a multi-media call to a mobile object terminal and the flexibility of incoming call connecting service by executing correspondence by media kind being the parameter of the call control signal of an incoming call, executing transfer to a proper incoming call destination which is previously registered and reporting it to a callee. SOLUTION: A storage device 1 is provided with a transfer destination number table 2, a call processing program 4 and a subscriber terminal number table 5. The transfer destination number table 2 is provided with a transfer oppotunity discriminator 21, a collating object discriminator 22, a media kind discriminator 23, a callee number 24, a caller number 25, a transfer destination number 26 and a transfer flag 27 at every subscriber terminal number 5n. The parameters of the call controlling signals corresponding to the respective subscriber terminal numbers 5n and telephone numbers are previously registered in respective items in the transfer destination number table 2. By making the incoming call correspond to a media kind being the parameter of the call controlling signal of the incoming call, transfer of the incoming call is executed to the proper call-incoming destination which is previously registered and it is reported to the caller.
