FIELD: handling various media. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing 1 made in form of flange with active medium inlet branch pipe 3, passive medium inlet branch pipe 4 and exhaust branch pipe 5 arranged on its outer surface. Arranged on inner surface of housing 1 are: active medium nozzle whose inner profile consists of inlet section 14, confuser 15, nozzle throat 16, diffuser 17 and outlet section 18. Cone 19 is provided at outlet of active nozzle 2 on outer surface. Besides that, bush with internal thread is fitted on inner surface of housing 1 for screwing ejector 7 provided with external thread in area of active nozzle. Silencer 8 made in form of sleeve with holes 9 and 23 is mounted on outer surface of bush. Silencer 8 is placed in cylindrical casing 11 together with ejector; casing 11 is secured to housing 1 by means of screws 10. Maximum productivity is obtained at ratio of inlet section 14 of nozzle, nozzle throat 16 and outlet section equal to 1:0.42: 0.6 at conicity of diffuser equal to 1:15 and conicity of diffuser equal to 1: 50. Maximum suppression of noise is obtained due to availability of 22 holes having diameter of 3 mm in inner surface of sleeve 2. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced sizes and level of noise; individual adjustment of ejector. |
