PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain composite sheet used for a high-permeability electromagnetic shielding member, which is high enough in shielding properties even after blanking or bending, lessened in cost and weight, and markedly enhanced in processability such as annealing and handling properties. SOLUTION: A permalloy sheet 1 of 30 to 200μm in thickness and a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 of 50 to 1000μm in thickness are joined together with an adhesive layer 3 into a composite sheet for high-permeability electromagnetic shielding member.
