<p>PURPOSE: To provide a mat, which is hard to dry, has an excellent heat resisting property, a body-shape keeping property and a good feeling in bed, has an excellent durability and also a bending property, can undergo washing and sterilization, can maintain cleanliness all the time and can perform recycling and is most suitable for beds, mattresses, cushions, furniture and the like for general homes, hospitals, hotels and the like, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A continuous wire having the diameter of 5mm or less comprising a thermoplastic resin is bent so as to form a loop in a mutual contact state, and a three-dimensional cubic structure, wherein the most of the contact parts are under the adhesive state. The apparent density of the substantially flat both surface is from 0.005g/cm<3> to 0.10g/cm<3> , and the thickness of a network body is 5mm or more. Both surfaces of a wadding layer having the apparent density of -0.1g/cm<3> or less comprising a polyester fiber web are held with a woven material, and at least one side of the cushion layer of the network body is covered with a side ground obtained by quilting sewing.</p> |
