PURPOSE: To prevent breaking a transferred pattern without being followed by deformation after shaping a skin layer by attempting reduction of a manufacturing cost by a method wherein forming and integration of the skin layer, a cushioning layer, and a base material are carried out with one mold. CONSTITUTION: A base material 2 is arranged in molds 4a, 4b. One side mold 4b is positioned so as to generate a gap to the base material 2 arranged to the other side mold 4a, and a skin material 6 is injected into the gap from an injection cylinder A. After forming the skin layer, one side mold 4a is retreated to an optional position, and a filling material 8 for forming a cushioning layer is injected from an injection cylinder B to be foamed. The gap is filled with the filling material 8. After the filling material 8 is cooled to be solidified, one side mold 4a is opened to a specific position to open the mold, and a multi-layer molded product 10 can be obtained thereby. The obtained multi-layer molded product 10 is not followed by deformation after shaping the skin layer, and has an excellent appearance and soft feeling and touch without breaking a transferred pattern. |
