HOT MELT INK COMPOSITION FOR INK JET RECORDING

PURPOSE: To obtain a hot melt ink composition for ink jet recording, which can give a high-quality image excellent in adhesion to recording substrate. CONSTITUTION: This hot melt ink composition for ink jet recording is one which forms recording dots when the solid ink is liquefied by heating and the liquid ink is jetted against recording paper and comprises 30-80wt.% fatty acid amide, 20-70wt.% wax and 0.5-5wt.% colorant.
