PURPOSE: To realize the enhancement of the foaming magnification of a molded product while preventing the generation of a molding flaw. CONSTITUTION: The space thickness dimension of a cavity 5 is preliminarily made larger than the wall thickness dimension of a normal molded product and the space thickness dimension of the cavity 5 is gradually reduced in parallel to the injection operation of a resin material. At a point of time when injection is completed, the space thickness dimension S11 of the cavity 5 is made smaller than the wall thickness dimension of the molded product. Thereafter, the space thickness dimension of the cavity 5 is again increased to the wall thickness dimension of the molded product and, in this state, the foaming of the injected resin material is accelerated. |
