A first reflector (1) is located behind a first dielectric substrate (3) in the radiation direction (50) of the electromagnetic wave (5) serving as a transmission signal. A second reflector (2) is located behind a second substrate (4). A reference plane extends vertically with respect to the radiation direction, with the first reflector and the second substrate (4) turned clockwise, or anticlockwise through an angle ( phi 1). The second reflector and first substrate are rotated through a second angle ( phi 2) anticlockwise, or clockwise. On the first substrate is fitted a first group of parallel metal strips, turned through a third angle ( phi 3) w.r.t. the electromagnetic wave polarisation. The same arrangement is applied to the second substrate surface, with an appropriate turning angle ( phi 4).
